Cancellation & Return

Order once received cannot be canceled or changed and any such request will not be carried out.
Orders once shipped or delivered cannot be returned and the company will not be liable for any such claim..
In case the received Sammvaad product is damaged, you can raise a Return & Replacement Query by sending an email to help@sammvaad.com within 5 days of receiving the order. Kindly ensure to send the query with an attached image of the received item along with an image of the Proof of Delivery. Also, make sure to keep the product in its original condition.
Products acknowledged as ‘damaged’ or ‘defective’ will be collected and once received and verified by the facility refund/replacement process will be immediately initiated.
