Sammvaad Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

At Sammvaad, we take great care to ensure your orders reach you in perfect condition. However, in rare cases where something goes wrong, here’s how we can help:

1. Damaged or Broken Items

If your package arrives damaged or broken, please send us images of the damaged carton and product within 24 hours of delivery.
Kindly also inform the courier partner while acknowledging delivery.
Please make sure the product is unused and in its original condition.

2. Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please share clear images of the defective item and packaging within 24 hours of delivery.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Products acknowledged as ‘damaged’ or ‘defective’ will be reverse picked up by us. Once received at our facility, we will verify its condition and initiate a refund or replacement accordingly.

3. Dissatisfaction with Taste or Experience

We understand taste and preferences can vary from person to person. The essence of Sammvaad is about exploration and conversation — sometimes, that means discovering what suits your taste and what doesn’t.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for reasons of personal taste or preference.

4. Refund Timelines

All eligible refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days once approved.

5. Order Cancellation Request

Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled. Cancellation is accepted if the order is still unfulfilled.

6. Return & Exchange

Returns and exchanges are accepted for items that are not opened. Additional shipping charges will be applicable.
